Banana chips are ideal snacks for adults and children alike.


  • Unripe bananas, 5 – 6 heads
  • Vegetable Oil, 2 cooking spoons
  • Dry Pepper, 1 or 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste


  • Peel unripe bananas and slice either as long strips or circular chips.
  • Sprinkle with the dry pepper and salt and mix well.
  • Fry in the vegetable oil.
  • Serve and enjoy!
