Banana chips are ideal snacks for adults and children alike.
- Unripe bananas, 5 – 6 heads
- Vegetable Oil, 2 cooking spoons
- Dry Pepper, 1 or 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Peel unripe bananas and slice either as long strips or circular chips.
- Sprinkle with the dry pepper and salt and mix well.
- Fry in the vegetable oil.
- Serve and enjoy!
