Gbegiri  Soup

Serves 4

2 cups of beans

2teaspoon ground crayfish

A pinch of salt

5 tablespoon palm oil

1 Maggi cube (optional)


(Gbegiri) Preparation:


  • Wash the beans and remove the back cover
  • Put in a pot, add water , salt and cook until the beans is very soft
  • Use a clean broom and mash the bean
  • Add palm oil, salt, crayfish and cook for 5 minutes

Serve with ewedu, stew
