Plantain chips are an appealing snack to many people. Some prefer the ones with pepper, others love them just plain.
- Unripe plantains, 5 – 6 heads
- Vegetable Oil, 2 cooking spoons
- Dry Pepper, 1 or 2 tablespoons (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Peel the unripe plantains and slice in long strips.
- Sprinkle with the dry pepper (if desired) and salt and mix well.
- Fry in the vegetable oil.
- Serve and enjoy!
